2. What is your return policy?
We have a 14 day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. For any returns, email email@example.com.
3. Do you ship outside of Canada?
Yes! We ship all across Canada, USA and Internationally with our amazing couriers: Canada Post, UPS, and FedEx.
4. Do you offer dog training?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
5. Do you offer grooming services?
Unfortunately, not just yet. It is on the road map for the future though.
6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Humble Little Pets Boutique offers free shipping with a purchase of $60 or more.
7. How do I become a Humble Club member?
It’s easy! Just click on Humble Rewards at the bottom left corner of your screen. From here, create an account and you have now become an official Humble Club member. Done & Done!
8. How does your Humble point system work for Humble Club members?
Our point system is very simple. Every $1 spent is 1 point. As you accumulate points you will unlock discounts. You can also gain more points by simply referring a friend or following us on Instagram as a few examples. See how many points you can stack up!

Humble Little Pets Boutique takes pride in supporting other local businesses. We currently have several local businesses that we have partnered with.

Yes! We launched our custom products and now have this available for selected items.
